职位描述：
1. 负责小米生态链多品类的工业设计工作；
2. 负责通过行业研究、设计趋势分析和用户洞察来挖掘用户潜在需求；
3. 负责拆解业务战略，进行设计创新及设计落地；
4. 负责通过提供高质量的设计思路、方法和工具来优化设计流程，提升设计效率；
5. 辅助设计总监制定各产品线的设计策略、规划和设计规范，以建立和维护生态链跨品类产品的设计语言的统一。
1. Responsible for the industrial design of multiple categories of Xiaomi Ecosystem;
2. Responsible for exploring potential user needs through industry research, design trend analysis, and user insights;
3. Responsible for disassembling business strategies, design innovation and design implementation;
4. Responsible for optimizing the design process and improving design efficiency by providing high-quality design ideas, methods and tools;
5. Assist the design director in formulating design strategies, plans, and design specifications for each product line to establish and maintain the unity of the design language of cross-category products in the ecological chain.
职位要求：
1. 热爱工业设计并充满好奇心，认可米家设计风格；
2. 工业设计相关专业，本科及以上学历；
3. 具有5年以上智能消费类硬件产品的工业设计经验，具有多产品线的智能产品领域设计经验者优先；
4. 精通工业设计所需的工具和量产工艺知识，具备完整的从创意方案到高质量产品交付的能力，熟悉设计与研发流程；
5. 具有良好的团队合作能力及跨团队沟通能力；
6. 具有全球视野，有海外工作背景且具备英语沟通能力者优先。
1. Love the industrial design and be curious, and recognize the Mi-Look design style;
2. Bachelor‘s degree or above in industrial design-related majors;
3. More than 5 years of industrial design experience in smart consumer hardware products, and those with experience in smart product design in multiple product lines are preferred;
4. Proficient in the tools and mass production process knowledge required for industrial design, with complete capabilities from creative solutions to high-quality product delivery, and familiar with design and R&D processes;
5. Good teamwork and cross-team communication skills;
6. Those with a global vision, overseas work background, and English communication skills are preferred.
