8.Puts all required approvals in the system to ensure field-force agency payment on time

1.At least 5 years of related work experience preferred in Field Force management
2.With a sound knowledge of retail field force sales operations, with a strong understanding of labor laws
3.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English or Chinese
4.Strong project management skills and sensitivity toward deadlines
5.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly organize and prioritize workload requirements
6.Previous experience in training individuals and groups is a plus
7.University graduated
