Procurement Manager will need to forecast levels of demand for goods and services on PAN-India markets. Conduct research to source the best products and Vendors in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. Run tenders, evaluate bids and make recommendations, based on commercial and technical factors.
职位要求:
– Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPIM) are a plus;
– Strong command of Hindi and English languages (Upper-Intermediate or above), Chinese is a plus;
– Proven experience (7+ years) as an indirect procurement manager for the Brand Marketing procurement categories of goods and services (in consumer electronics / fashion / FMCG industries), especially familiar with PAN-India markets;
– In-depth knowledge of procurement principles, strategic sourcing methodologies, and contract negotiation strategies;
– Strong analytical skills with ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data;
– Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external Vendors;
– Ability to builds high performing teams and develops/grows people managers.
