– Develop weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights to improve campaign, content strategy, and ROI.
– Keep up with social media algorithm to ensure content is optimized for visibility and engagement.
3. Paid Social Media Ads
– Brief and manage paid campaigns across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
4. Trend Spotting & Innovation
– Stay updated on emerging social platforms, trends, and viral content, integrating these into brand strategy.

职位要求:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field (preferred).
2. 3+ years of proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
3. Experience managing social media accounts for a brand, business, or organization.
4. Hands-on experience with social media advertising platforms and campaign management.
5. Proficiency with social media management tools
6. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) for creating compelling content and engaging with audiences.
