1. Display Solution Design: Design store display solutions for monthly, new product, and major promotion time nodes, and supervise the implementation to ensure a unified brand image.
2. Display Plan Implementation. Develop and execute display plans to enhance product presentation, increase store traffic and conversion rates, and improve sales performance.
3. Display Planning. Collaborate with the headquarters and regional/national marketing teams to plan and execute thematic displays for promotional activities.
4. Plan Review: Monitor and analyze the actual implementation effects of display challenges, and propose suggestions for improvement and solutions.
5. Empowerment and Efficiency Improvement: Train and guide district and store staff to ensure the implementation of display standards.
6. Inspection and Spot Checks: Conduct monthly inspections and spot checks of store displays.
职位要求:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Visual Communication, Design, or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of experience in visual merchandising and display design in the retail industry, with priority given to candidates with experience in 3C (Computer, Communication, and Consumer Electronics) products.
3. Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), capable of independently completing display design work.
4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate closely with various departments.
5. Possesses good project management capabilities, able to complete tasks to high standards under tight deadlines.
