XIAOMI’s Automotive Designer will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our vehicle lineup. Responsibilities
• Design Leadership:
– Lead and manage design projects, ensuring alignment with brand identity and project goals.
– Develop and present design concepts, sketches, and 3D models to stakeholders.
– Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and interns.
• Concept Development:
– Create innovative and forward-thinking design concepts for both interior and exterior vehicle components.
– Conduct research and trend analysis to inform design decisions.
– Collaborate with the design team to iterate and refine concepts.
• Collaboration:
– Work closely with engineering, product planning, and marketing teams to ensure design feasibility and integration.
– Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
– Engage with suppliers and external partners to source materials and technologies.
• Execution:
– Develop detailed design specifications and CAD models for production.
– Oversee the development of prototypes and mock-ups.
