1.Derive and manage total vehicle requirements based on European legislation (EU/ECE), technical targets, and customer expectations
2.Plan and coordinate the complete vehicle validation and verification throughout the development process (e.g., crash, durability, NVH, safety, performance)

职位要求：

1.Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a comparable field
2.At least 10 years of experience in total vehicle development or validation, ideally with exposure to benchmarking and target setting
3.Professional knowledge of European automotive regulations, vehicle design, vehicle safety, validation processes, and customer-oriented product definition
4.Familiarity with requirements management, benchmarking databases, and validation methods
5.Strong analytical and conceptual skills, paired with interdisciplinary thinking
6.Confident communicator with the ability to align diverse technical stakeholders
7.Analytical mindset, structured working style, and strong team spirit
8.Fluent written and spoken English (report language); German or Chinese skills are a plus
9.Willingness to travel
