职位要求:
1. Store expansion, including market analysis and insights, site selection, design, renovation, and management and implementation of rice store operations and management-related tasks
2. Store operations, participating in the formulation of sales targets and store development strategies for the responsible country, collecting operational and profit/loss data, conducting detailed analysis of stores and merchants in the region and country, diagnosing issues, and guiding improvements in operational results
3. New product launches and promotional activities for rice stores, driving sales growth for high-end devices, tablets, and AIoT products
4. Implementation of various rice store operational management projects at the headquarters level, and assumption of corresponding project operational and management responsibilities
5. This position is an overseas assignment reserve role, requiring training and work support at the headquarters before being deployed to the frontline. The specific overseas assignment country is yet to be determined.
