Marketing Communications (Marcom) is the creatively-led global team that oversees Apple’s consumer facing marketing. The Greater China (GC) team, part of Apple’s global Marketing Communications team, is responsible for all consumer-facing communications, including advertising, apple.com, direct marketing, Apple retail, channel, digital commerce, packaging, video, corporate identity, and partner communications.

The Digital Commerce team is crucial to our core business strategy, driving E-Commerce standards and digital innovation across multiple online platforms. As Experience Producer, you will lead platform establishment and redesign efforts to enhance customer experience, ensure frictionless buy flows, design adaptable infrastructure, and highlight the advantages of buying Apple products throughout the journey.

Description:
This Producer will drive E-Commerce store setup, UX and buy flow optimization, digital innovation, project management, and implementation across platforms like marketplace and social commerce platforms, by partnering with Creative and Brand teams within Marcom, as well as teams from Apple Store Online, Product Marketing, external agencies, etc.

– Manage all aspects of digital production across Web/mobile applications and social platforms.

– Work effectively with creative, cross-functional teams and external agencies.

– Work closely with Digital Commerce Lead, Retail Brand Lead & leadership to communicate status and risks.

– Drive creative review sessions with WW and GC partners.

职位要求:

Minimum Qualifications:
Bilingual in Chinese and English.
6+ years of relevant work experience in a leading digital creative agency, in-house marketing communications, or E-Commerce, Digital Marketing department.
Hands-on experience in delivering complex experience-led projects in digital/social commerce space
Strong knowledge in China E-Commerce ecosystem and the latest trends.

Committed to excellence and an outstanding attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communicator, with great interpersonal and presentation skills.

Accommodate rapid change and ambiguity, and working under tight deadlines.
Able to communicate effectively one-on-one and in large groups.
