Description:
– Drive business results and games billing growth on the China App Store while supporting local developers in their international expansion efforts to foster a balanced and healthy ecosystem.

– Develop strategy based on market insights, demonstrating solid judgment of future market trends and drivers, and providing insights about competitive dynamics to identify business opportunities and risks.

– Create locally relevant business and developer engagement strategies, actively engaging partners and identifying key partners to develop relationships with.

– Collaborate closely with developers to ensure the best content is available on the platform, including activities such as regular engagement, growth planning, new feature adoption, policy compliance, and campaign execution.

– Initiate efforts to provide the best user experience possible for customers and developers in China.

– Focus on leadership and team development by enhancing team capabilities through training, methodology development, and coaching.

– Build strong relationships and influence with key external and internal stakeholders, including Apple’s Developer Relations, Product Marketing, and other App Store teams, as well as Finance and Analytics teams at local and global levels.

Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BSc degree in business, finance, data analytics or equivalent degree preferred.
Extensive gaming, mobile and digital content industry work experience
Strong relationship network with executive level team at major developers
Proven track record of successful business results (e.g. initiating and closing deals, revenue growth, business model innovation, large scale projects)
Working experience in companies that has multiple geo footprint that needs to work with many groups to achieve goals.
Team management experience in business development, partnership, engagement context
Excellent written & verbal business interpersonal skills in Chinese and English are required.
Strong analytical capabilities

Preferred Qualifications:
Solid understanding of competitive and 3rd party products and competitor strategies.
Experiences in localisation of Western games for Greater China is a plus
Experiences in execution initiatives to grow business in stagnant market is a plus
Multiple function experience in gaming (e.g. M&A/ publishing / content / marketing / studio) is a plus
Strong project management skills
Proficiency with Apple Suites like Numbers and Keynote.
Excellent presentation skills and outstanding attention to details.
Results oriented, upbeat and focused with a strong desire to learn and succeed.
