Marketing Communications (Marcom) is the creatively-led global team that oversees Apple’s consumer facing marketing. The Greater China (GC) team develops and manages world-class marketing communication efforts that support Apple’s rapid growth in this region. This includes all consumer-facing communications across Localization, Advertising, Social, Retail, Partner, Interactive & Digital platforms, as well as support for Video & Motion Graphics.

We are seeking an experienced Integrated Project Manager to play a pivotal role in bringing ideas to life. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing development of various communications from inception through final delivery. This includes work originating from our GC creative team, as well as adapting global campaigns for local audiences. You will collaborate closely with internal and agency partners, supporting the strategic, creative, and production goals of our brand and functional teams. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of creative excellence.

Description:
As Integrated Project Manager, you will be managing projects across film, content, print, digital and social media, supporting creative excellence throughout ideation, presentation, and production. Collaboration is key, as you’ll work closely with local and global creative teams to produce impactful marketing materials. You will also partner with the GC Operations Manager to forecast staffing needs, secure resources and contribute to identifying new freelance creative talent.

– Partner with creative leadership to elevate the creative output and bring ideas to life throughout the process; be innovative in supporting the ideation, development, partner alignment and production processes, enabling great ideas to thrive.

– Collaborate closely with key partners and creative production teams in the Geo and across the globe to produce the highest quality marketing materials, feeling good at the end of the day knowing that you and the team have made an impact for the brand.

– Maintain a comprehensive project view, develop detailed schedules, proactively identify and mitigate challenges, and ensure timely delivery.

– Anticipate potential challenges and opportunities, drive pre-production alignment to ensure production plans align with timelines and budgets, share standard methodologies, champion innovative ways, provide frequent communication and lead team status meetings.

– Develop a network of preferred freelancers, creative agencies and production vendors to enhance GC’s creative capabilities and / or production to carry out all types of projects to the highest standards with the greatest efficiency possible.

– Oversee discussions and activities on process and workflow improvements for the group, partnering with Marcom Ops and Worldwide centers of excellence to assess and implement

Minimum Qualifications:
8+ years of integrated project management experience within a creative agency, in-house agency, or production company.
Strong knowledge in asset production processes across film, social, photography, CG, print, and digital.
Experience in the cross-functional delivery of creative initiatives.
Excellent project and time management skills, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
Fluent in Chinese and English.
