The Apple Retail team is seeking an exceptional Account Manager to craft and own the strategy for a critical digital partnership to drive transformative growth in China.
In this role, you will leverage a deep understanding of retail trends, consumer insights, e-commerce platforms and the unique dynamics of Greater China to develop and execute impactful strategies that accelerate growth and innovation for Apple Retail.

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Digital Account Manager to drive the commercial performance of a leading digital platform. This role requires a highly motivated individual who can develop and execute strategic plans, oversee key projects, and identify new growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, excellent relationship management skills, and a deep understanding of digital platforms, customer experience, and business growth levers.
Commercial Performance Management
– Own and drive the platform’s commercial strategy to ensure revenue growth and profitability.
– Analyze key performance metrics to optimize sales, pricing, and customer engagement strategies.
– Identify areas for efficiency improvements and cost savings while maximizing commercial impact.
Strategic Planning & Business Development
– Develop long-term strategic plans that align with the Retail’s goals and market trends.
– Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
– Conduct competitive analysis to refine the platform’s value proposition and market positioning.
Account & Stakeholder Management
– Manage and develop relationships with key partners and internal stakeholders to drive success.
– Act as the main point of contact for Partner, ensuring satisfaction and business alignment.
– Lead negotiations and oversee contract management to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
Project Oversight & Implementation
– Oversee the execution of key commercial projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
– Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams to deliver strategic initiatives.
– Monitor project progress, timelines, and outcomes, adjusting plans as needed for optimal results.
Digital Growth & Performance Optimization
– Leverage data and insights to enhance user acquisition, retention, and consumer engagement strategies.
– Collaborate with marketing and merchandizing teams to optimize campaigns, SEO, and customer funnel conversions.
– Stay updated on emerging digital trends and technologies to drive innovation and competitiveness.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
– Develop and present regular performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
– Utilize data analytics tools to track business KPIs, customer behavior, and sales performance.
– Provide executive-level summaries and strategic recommendations based on market and performance data.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or equivalent experience in a related field.
7+ years of experience in commercial strategy, go-to-market planning, or retail business management. Proven ability to analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and business performance to develop actionable strategies.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive cross-functional teams without direct authority. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and executive presentation skills.
Expertise in fintech, e-commerce or omni-channel retail strategies, with a focus on driving online sales growth. Creative thinker with a passion for innovative growth ideas.
Preferred Qualifications:
Language Proficiency: Fluency in Mandarin would be highly advantageous given the focus on the Greater China market.
