1. Responsible for the planning and design of user growth products for AIDC’s local European e-commerce platform.
2. Focus on building Affiliate Systems and collaborate with local Traffic Channels, being accountable for DAU (Daily Active Users) and the number of active buyers.
3. Analyze the needs of affiliate channels (KOLs, distributors, promoters, etc.) and optimize partnership models to improve acquisition efficiency and ROI.
3. Cooperate with Paid Traffic Channel and Monetization Team to discover new platform growth opportunities

1. 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in growth, affiliate marketing (CPS/CPA), or ad platforms.
2. Deep understanding of affiliate ecosystems, including partnerships with promoters and distributors, with strong analytical skills.
3. Excellent logical thinking and product design skills, capable of independently creating PRDs, prototypes, and managing projects.
4. Results-driven, adept at cross-team collaboration to deliver products and achieve growth targets.
5. Proficiency in English
