1. Be responsible of offering an amazing shopping experience by categorizing & sorting the assortment based on user needs;

2. Build strong relationships with suppliers and execute negotiations to ensure best commercial conditions;

1. 5+ years of experience in the Retail/eCommerce sector in Category Management, Buying and/or Trade Marketing;

2. A strong understanding of the NL market – and a willingness to disrupt the way it currently operates;

3. Negotiation skills that not only achieve the best-in-class product margins and customer offer, but also inspire the rest of the team to continuously become better negotiators;

4. Highly enthusiastic and entrepreneurial and want to take ownership of responsibilities and show a real drive to get things done at pace;

5. Have excellent communication and problem solving skills, a natural ability to work with data and draw insights from it that put into plans;

6. Ability to learn fast and implement strategies, and analyze data for insights which demonstrate the attitude/senses of an entrepreneur to achieve results; Fluent in English.
