The Greater China team develops and manages world-class communication efforts that support Apple’s business in country. Currently, we are seeking a Creative that specializes in social media to drive creativity and visual storytelling by collaborating closely with content, data strategist and PR professionals who work closely with press and influencers both day and night. You will be expected to be hands on, obsessed with details, bring bold new ideas, and ensure the highest standards of aesthetic and visual excellence. We make the results beautiful, and the effort invisible.

Description:
The successful candidate will deliver innovative thinking, and closely collaborate with multiple teams to deliver integrated and cohesive creative solutions

– Partner with content managers, producers as well as respective PR team members, to push for creativity and innovation in Apple’s social media storytelling, with the goal of maximizing Apple’s impact and influence in the market.

– Work hands-on in the ideation, concept development and execution of a wide range of visual design projects for multiple platforms.

– Initiate ideas with insights and identify new opportunities to drive for bigger impact by leveraging key business moments.

– Play an instrumental role in influencing how product launch and momentum campaigns are developed to ensure maximum social media impact in the region.

– Have a deep knowledge of Apple, its products, its business prioritization to help the team deliver world-class communications on social media platforms.

职位要求:

Minimum Qualifications:
Provide a design portfolio or work samples.
3+ years of overall design experience with a focus on social and digital media.
Advanced design skills, technical knowledge, and a deep understanding of the design process and trends in social platforms and digital mediums.
Well-versed in design fundamentals, including but not restricted to videos, motion, digital /interactive and illustration.
Fluent Chinese; good written and spoken English skills for effective communication with international team members.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor or above degrees in communications, marketing, new media, photography & film, visual design, digital arts, culture & arts, etc.
Strong sense of visual storytelling and content aesthetics suited to Gen Z.
Be proactive and independently creative, able to adapt to an ever-evolving landscape with creativity and innovation, while working in ambiguity and still delivering results on time.
Possess a strong visual design background with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, written and verbal, with a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Desire to deliver at an outstanding level with a particular passion for crafting work that is thoughtful, relevant, accurate, clear and inspiring.
Ability to make sense of complex and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.
Uses a combination of feedback and reflection to gain productive insight into personal strengths and weaknesses.
High level of professional judgement and autonomy.
Self managed and independent.
Attentive to details.
