The Greater China team develops and manages world-class communication efforts that support Apple’s business in country. You will be expected to collaborate closely with social content, creative, data strategist and line-of-business PR professionals who work with press and influencers.

Currently, we are seeking a Creator PR Manager to join Apple’s Greater China Communications team and support the elevated storytelling in the content creator and influencer world. The Creator PR Manager at Apple will be responsible for establishing, expanding and building meaningful connections for Apple to amplify product and values storytelling with a focus on social-first initiatives. This role is deadline-driven and requires the successful candidate to be socially attuned to trends, and a fast-paced, dynamic social ecosystem.

Description:
This professional should be able to possess strong PR / communications skills, cultivate new relationships with creators and influencers in an Apple way, and be skilled at developing unique and creative narratives that resonate with online audiences.

– Partner with social content, social creative and line-of-business (such as iPhone, Mac, iPad, Apple Watch, AirPods, Apple Vision Pro and Apple’s values) PR closely and push for creative and impactful social media initiatives.

– Partner with the Marketing Communications team to understand their creators matrix and maximize Apple’s impact and influence in the social media landscape.

– Have a robust understanding of Apple’s influencer strategy and be able to elevate this to the next level by strengthening the relationship with top tier creators, and continue to discover the next-generation of influencers.

– Support the wider Greater China Marketing team to influence how product launch and momentum campaigns are developed to ensure maximum social media impact in the region.

– Have a deep knowledge of Apple, its products, and its business prioritization to help the team deliver world-class communications on social media platforms.

职位要求:

Minimum Qualifications:
7+ years experience working with social media platforms, influencers, culture verticals, publication outlets, leading technology and lifestyle brands.
Deep understanding of creator behavior, social content, algorithms and trending topics on Douyin, rednote, Bilibili, Weibo and other social media platforms. Have understanding on their MCNs business models.
An established list of creator contacts and influencer relationship across technology, consumer, lifestyle, students, health & fitness, photography & filming etc.
Bilingual in Chinese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor or above degrees in communications, marketing, business administration, new media, photography & film, culture & arts, etc.
Ability to develop the strategy and vision for how Apple engages with on creators and influencers. How Apple shows up and connects with this evolving group in a strategic, authentic and creative way.
Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate creative ideas and strategies across a global organization.
Organized, deadline-driven, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
Proven track record of working collaboratively with cross-functional creative and production teams.
Effective communication skills, written and verbal, with a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally.
Desire to deliver at an outstanding level with a particular passion for crafting work that is thoughtful, relevant, accurate, clear and inspiring.
Ability to make sense of complex and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.
Uses a combination of feedback and reflection to gain productive insight into personal strengths and weaknesses.
Knows how to marshal resources (people, funding, material, support) to get things done.
High level of professional judgement and autonomy.
Self managed and independent.
